Data We Collect

This website collects personal data only when you voluntarily submit the Collaboration Request form: full name, organization, role, email address, country, inquiry type, project stage, your message, and your NDA preference. The website does not collect data through tracking, profiling, or analytics.

Purpose & Legal Basis

The data you submit is used solely to review, assess, and respond to your request. It is processed for the following purposes, each on its own legal basis:

Responding to a pre-contractual enquiry

Where your enquiry concerns a possible engagement, the data is used to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract — assessing and replying to your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Responding to a general enquiry

Where your enquiry is not pre-contractual (for example, a general or informational message), the data is used to consider and reply to it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Processing does not rely on consent, and no consent is requested to submit the form. Where processing is based on legitimate interest, you may object at any time (see Your Rights).

Recipients & Processors

Form submissions are transmitted by email using Resend, a third-party email-delivery provider acting as data processor. The contact form's anti-spam check is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited technical data (including your IP address and interaction signals) to distinguish humans from automated bots. Hosting is provided by the website's hosting provider. No data is sold or used for marketing.

Retention

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to evaluate and respond to your request and for any resulting collaboration, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability of your personal data, and object to its processing. Where processing is based on our legitimate interest, you may object at any time. To exercise these rights, contact contact@niobiumsrl.com or niobium@pec.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
