Cookie Policy
This page explains how this website uses cookies and similar technologies.
Your Consent
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject analytics cookies with a single click; both choices are equally easy. No analytics technology is loaded before you accept. Your choice is stored for up to 180 days, and you can change or withdraw it at any time via “Cookie Preferences” in the footer — withdrawal stops the analytics tools and removes their first-party cookies. This website does not use advertising cookies and does not sell data.
Strictly Necessary (no consent required)
The following technical mechanisms are required for the website to function, do not identify you, and are not used for profiling:
- niobium:intro (session storage)
- Records that the introductory animation has already played, so it does not repeat while you browse. Contains no personal data and is cleared automatically when you close the browser tab.
- NEXT_LOCALE (cookie)
- Remembers the language you selected so the site loads in it on your next visit. First-party, contains no personal data, retained for up to one year.
- nb_consent (cookie)
- Stores your cookie-banner choice so you are not asked again on every visit. First-party, retained for up to 180 days.
- Cloudflare Turnstile
- The contact form's privacy-preserving anti-bot check, used solely to prevent automated spam; a security measure — not tracking — that may use strictly necessary technical storage.
Analytics & Experience (only with your consent)
If — and only if — you accept, the following third-party tools are loaded to help us understand how the website is used and improve it:
- Google Analytics 4 — Google Ireland Ltd.
- Measures visits, pages viewed, traffic sources, approximate location, and device information. Cookies: _ga and _ga_* (first-party, retained up to 2 years). Data may be transferred to Google LLC (USA) under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
- Microsoft Clarity — Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.
- Produces heatmaps and anonymized session replays showing how pages are used (scrolling, clicks). Cookies: _clck (first-party, up to 1 year) and _clsk (first-party, 1 day). Data may be transferred to Microsoft Corporation (USA) under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics
- Cookieless, aggregate performance and traffic measurement by Cloudflare, Inc. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not track you across sites — it therefore runs without consent.
Managing Cookies
You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie Preferences” in the footer, and you can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Rejecting or withdrawing consent never limits your access to any part of the website.
